I ran accross this site looking some stuff up for another thread and thought it warranted its own thread.

I have to admit that I have used way too many of these devices myself.

Here Goes:

http://oldcomputers.net/index.html

I thought it would be nice to revisit history and actually understand where we have been.

If anyone has any other links that expand on this (like adding the other 8088, 80286, 80386, 80486, pentium, PII, PIII... along with AMDs offereings too) please feel free to add to this thread. It would be much appreciated.

Thanks to all for the links and the responses...

I have not been able to respond till now because I actually have a life now and again ;)

I took my wife out for dinner last night (rare occasion since adopting a little girl).

I will have a read of the links provided... (maybe during lunch)

Again thanks.

The first link I provided if you notice has green and red computers on the side. The green ones are the ones that the guy actually owns.

The red ones are the ones he is trying to find!
