SLI physics?

For SLI physics is Nvidia going to release a new sli chipset for that feature or can it work with any current sli chipset with a new driver. I apologize in advance, I know it's old news but I just found it out and I'm in a rush.

SLI physics is supposed to work with any pair of Nvidia cards with any current SLI motherboard; a driver update is all that is required to enable this feature.
