Get the E6600 for sure. It's only 270mhz slower than the E6700, but over $200 cheaper

Or if you overclock, consider the E6300 and E6400, which represent phenominal value. Check out my cig for that.

Oh yeah, E6600 is just fanastic, don't pay for anything more expensive unless you have money to burn for the sake of burning it.

While 2MB variants arent slow, those 4MB do give a little boost
I wish Intel can improve their process quickly so that all C2D will be 4MB parts :o
