I am currently looking at building fast but quite system with the following components - but I would like to hear your opinion about which PSU I should get.

Any other suggestions/comments would also be welcome.

Both will work and both are good companies... the Neo is modular though and a little cheaper.

Also remember that OCZ, Silverstone, Enermax and Fortron also make nice power supplies in that range.

I would choose the Seasonic S12 600. It is a little more expensive than the Antec NeoHe 550w, but I think it's worth it. I have the S12 500 and I am happy with it. It is very quiet and efficient as well.
