Which is the best power supply for my new system? - Antec?

I am currently looking at building fast but quite system with the following components - but I would like to hear your opinion about which PSU I should get.

Any other suggestions/comments would also be welcome.

Antec Performance P180, Midi, No PSU
SeaSonic S12 PSU, 600Watt - Or should I get the Antec NeoHE 550W?

Both will work and both are good companies... the Neo is modular though and a little cheaper.

Also remember that OCZ, Silverstone, Enermax and Fortron also make nice power supplies in that range.
