Not pci-e, but pci.
I was at Fry's the other day and I saw a Visiontek Radeon x1300 in PCI for 129.99.
I thought about buying it, but since all of the graphics cards there are grossly overpriced, I decided to check online for reviews and see if any online retailers carry it for cheap.
So far I checked newegg, zipzoomfly, tigerdirect, ncix, buy.com, and amazon.com with no luck.

http://www.visiontek.com/ has it as their featured product.
http://www.visiontek.com/products/ [...] 56pci.html is their product page.

So I was wondering if perhaps somebody owned one, or knew of an online retailer that I haven't heard of, or found some reviews somewhere.
