Newbie question: Hybrid hard disks?

So I was reading up on Vista, and came across this:

"Windows Vista takes advantage of hybrid hard disk to save battery life, resume use faster from hibernation, and improve reliability."

I'll be building a new system soon, and I want it to be Vista ready -- and this sounds good to me! But where are these hybrid hard disks? Do they exist yet? Should I wait on building a new system until I can get one?

Thanks in advance =D

I don't think they're available for retail yet. If I'm wrong, someone correct me!

I'd just build the system, then worry about the hybrid HDD later. It'll be super pricey once it comes out and prices will drop later. Besides, you're going to have to do a full install when vista comes anyways... might as well get a new HDD then.

And if vista keeps slipping, there's really no point in waiting for hybrid HDDs.

I don't think MS should be putting info about hybrid disks (and other things that aren't on the market yet) into their literature, and we aren't likely to have (m)any hybrid disks out even by Q1/07 or whenever Vista is due now.
