is it possible to put a different mhz. (RAM) on a mobo like a 533 and 667 mhz.... currently using a 2048 gig's 533 mhz. and the mobo can take up to 8 gig's of ram.. another ??? is it going to make that much a difference (speed) if I change to 667 mhz.

that would be overclocking and you'd run into stability problems. you can take 667 and underclock it to 533 though.

The 667 will automatically slow down to 533 if you have both in at the same time. Remove the 533 and use the 667.
