Is it normal for the Sapphire X800gto AGP to run at 45 C idle and around 76-85 C load? Is it okay if the card runs that hot.

Sounds about right. 85 may be on the high side but 76 should be fine. Frankly though I don't know how you put up witht noise that stock HSF makes on that card. If I were you I would buy the Artic X2 cooler which gives better cooling and makes less noise.

the fans actually not thaaaaaat loud. Over my other fans, I cannot hear it.

Yep, but if you want better cooler then look up Zalman and Artic Cooling coolers.

when Im in atitool, the temps go up near 90 with the box thing.
