Is it possible to connect ipaq to inernet with usb-cable attached to pc?
What programs do i need? My ipaq is rather old and slow (ipaq 3130 with
windows ce version 3.0)

There used to be a procedure on the Tekguru site to do that with PPC 2000 devices. Unfortunately I
can't seem to find the link anymore. You might search around or post to their forums for help...

HP stopped selling the PPC 2002 upgrade for the 31XX and 36XX series a long time ago. You might find
a copy on Ebay...

Yes there was. My brother upgraded his old 31XX device. It was slow though due to the limited RAM
and ROM on the device...
