Has anyone's game ever become incredibly screwed up?

I was recently driven to starting a new game, my old one was becoming
slightly odd

(apart from my character became a sort of 'jack of trades' and I felt I
wasn't having to make choices anymore)

anyway I believe that installing a lot of plugins sort of adjusted stuff
here and there - the first thing was that the balmora silt strider dude
decided he wanted to stand under the silt strider.

then the windows in balmora disappeared at night :D

some rooms had entrances but once inside there were no exits :-/

lastly - and this one drive me insane

ald rhun was a town of doors - but NO BUILDINGS o_O

I guess I should go and take a hundred screenshots of this :p

anyway - new game seems to have fixed everything, maybe conflictions
between newly installed plugins and existing ones.

just wondered if anyone else was starting to experience a more surreal
game

I had to reinstall the game once after I'd added a bunch of new mods to my
regular bunch. My frame rate went into the toilet every time I entered a
building or cave. Removing all the mods didn't help. I actually had to
uninstall and then reinstall to get the game working again. I've heard
similar stories from others.

I had transparent doors in Balmora for a while after installing the Bank
mod (no idea why, got rid of it in the end), and once after installing
an obviously bad cocktail of mods I entered the plaza of one of the
vivec cantons to find there was no longer a floor, and sank gracefully
through the building all the way to the water level for no good reason -
very weird indeed! At the moment one of the exits to the Telvanni canton
leads into grey "no-space" instead of the outside of the building but
its only the one so I can live with that, and the vivec interiorator is
too damn pretty to remove!
