God, I hope they disbar this fool. Obviously where he went to law school there were no rules on professional conduct. It's a real shame because if a normal citizen did something like that they would get into trouble. Not to mention he sounds like someone with tons of passion and about no perspective. He probably should have been a cop as he would have fit right in. Come on, trippin about video games. I suppose that it is just like guns right, they kill people? WRONG People kill people, its the same idea.
Talking about myself, nah I am talking about how lame this lawyer is. Thats all. There is this model of criminal justice regarding passion and perspective. Everyone contains a balance of these in my eyes, but it was applied to cops. Basically what it means is that people get so wrapped up with things and don't think about the consequences of their actions or that their position may be right they take a stance based on the gut-feeling they have. Lawyers are supposed to be the other end of the spectrum having lots of perspective and little passion. Think about liberty for a second........cops because they have governmental immunity while they are acting within the scope of their jobs don't have to think much about wrongs they commit that are concurrent with their lie of duty. The rest of people do have to be careful. They may make an arrest without stopping to say "I wonder if this guy really did it". Cops don't care most of the time because if they did they could arrest just about no one. I don't want to get into an arguement about this fact because it is a passionate subject........but only two people generally know about a crime, the perpetrator and the victim. No one else and it is a purpetual game of telephone like kids play. Thats where lawyers come in. To make sure that the defendants liberty isn't snatched away unjustly they go over the facts of the particular scenario and go to trial based on them. Sorry, this is way too long and can't get any longer. The dude is just a loser. Its the parents who aren't doing their job in raising their children not video game studios. Its sad that people are so willing to ruin everyone elses time for an unfounded belief.
Did you even read what I said before you went off on your diatribe? It's a general internet courtesy to provide a link (that's a hyperlink, one of those url's ... http:// things) to the subject or article you are so worked up about.
Put a fooking link to the topic in your thread, or you will, generally be ignored - or we will let Wingy have at you
***** ATTENTION! Brainless idiot who is about to get Wingdinged! *****
First: You come in here spouting a whole load of disjointed, incoherent gibberish that none of us know a damn thing about. I mean really, there's more info in your title than in your whole damn post! LINK IT!
We would like to read the article/event/story you're commenting on, not just your comment(s). Otherwise it's a little one-sided, isn't it?
Second: Your follow-up post was even more disjointed and incoherent than the first. 'nuff said.
Third (still about the second post): PARAGRAPHS!
Fourth: Please see the 'Posting and You' thread.
Fifth: Read the stickies!
Sixth: Meet the Wingding.
Seventh: Your mother never loved you and your father ____s for bus fare. [/I'm in a pissy mood right now]
