don't feel much like doing research ATM. My Abit TH7II raid down. I would like some imput on the best socket 478 rambus atm. I know it is and old board but I dont have the cash to build a new system and just want my baby back.

First off, I don't think you can buy a *new* motherboard that supports RDRAM anymore. You may find a used or refurbished one somewhere like ebay.

All I can tell you that might be useful is, pick a motherboard based on the i850 chipset. ASUS, IMO made the best boards. Intel i850 boards were not bad.

Good luck finding a replacement motherboard, you'll probably need it.

I did not want research done for me. I just thought someone might know.

What I posted previously is just about all I remember about boards that supported RDRAM and were good. Look for a board that is based on the i850. As I said before, they will probably be hard to find and the prices will likely vary *wildly*.

nah... save the flames for something useful, like grilling a good ribeye steak. :)
