Can Firewire to USB cable transfer Data

Canon camera has firewire port but computer only has USB. Is there a cable that has firewire connection on one end for the camera connection and a USB connection for the computer? Thanks - Jim

No, those ports are incompatible. You will need a FireWire adapter for your computer.

What make/model of Canon are you using? Also, what kind of PC are we talking about (desktop or notebook)?
