syncing phone and pocketpc

My pocketPC (221) synchronises with the contacts folder in Outlook on
my PC fine.

What i'm after is recommendations for how I can keep my Nokia 6310
phone book up to date with my pocketPC with some kind of software
rather than having to remember to update manually.

There seems to be 2 ways i could do this:

1) I always update my pocketpc or PC with new contact details. Then use
a programme which will overwrite existing phone book with new/changed
contacts and their nos

Is there a programme which can do this.


2) I update my PHONE or PocketPC with updates/new contacts. Use some
software which will spot any differences and keep both in sync.

Is there a programme which can do this.

My phone has Infra red and bluetooth if that make a difference in
recommending programmes.
