Im looking to build a new system and i was thinking about buying a passivly cooled one like this asus 7600gs would i have any problems If anyone owns a passivly cooled card i would like to know if it worked for you or if it didnt and which cards would you recommend

I do not own a passively cooled video card therefore I cannot comment on that.

If you intend to overclock it then a passively cooled card is unlikely to go as far as an actively cooled one. If your goal is to build a silent system then nothing will beat passive cooling.
