All servers not seen

When i load the demo, 1-3 servers may be in the list. It loads as if all of
the servers are loading meaning the stop button is hightlited for 5-10
seconds, then the refresh button highlights. If i select the refresh the
same 1-3 servers appear.
Any ideas?

Forgot to state the router lights show that a download is occurring
during the time that i see the stop button highlited.
