Landmark Bink Movies

When you get to a particular point and the bink plays e.g. When you get
the Moon and Star Ring I was wondering if the little videos are supposed
to have sound because the morrowind background music stops, the only
other puzzlement I have with sound is the points where Azura speaks, I
can't hear her over the background music, so I turn it down but her
voice seems to be controlled by it as well and also goes down, I have
looked on the elder scrolls FAQ but can find no info about this.
