Need some friendly advice on upgrading.

Ok, I have 720$ to work with and here is my current setup.

ATI Radeon 9800 Pro
AMD Athlon 2500+ Socket A
1 GB of DDR400 RAM

Basically I'm looking to upgrade those 3 main components. My case serves its purpose and I already have a good HDD. I would like to get an AMD Athlon 64, with a new motherboard of course, another GB of ram, and possibly looking at a 7600/7900GT PCI(probably the 7900). But does anyone have any better advice or better bang for the bucks? Btw, is a 350W PSU good enough for the 7600/7900GT? I've heard people saying they run theirs with it, so just curious. Will upgrade it if NECESSARY.

edit; forgot to add that if DDR400 ram is too slow by todays standards to be worth purchasing an extra gig, I will upgrade to a full 2 sticks of 1g each of a higher speed, just need some recommendations.

Video: eVGA Geforce 7600GT <--- Go for a 7600GT now, and wait for the DX 10 cards to come out around the time Vista arrives.

Power Supply: Antec Truwpower 480W <--- If you're upgrading the video to a 7600 or 7900 card... and new power supply is a must given the upgrading of everything else as well.
