626.96 before shipping with $20 worth of mail in rebates to cover the shipping. Could probably save a little more if you looked around but this thing will run through any game pretty well at least for the next 2 years.

Where to start.......

Ok first of all dump the OCZ ram if you're going to get the Asus M2N-E. OCZ DDR2 ram and AM2 boards don't play nice together. Swap it for this Corsair XMS2 1GB (2 x 512MB) DDR2-800

Next, NEVER spend less than $50 on a power supply.... you'll end up paying for that mistake later.... swap it for the Antec Truepower 430W

That ram is on the approved list from Asus and I agree with you on the power supply but spending any more kinda blows the budget.

Fortron is a good company, along the lines of PC Power and Cooling, but not quite as expensive. I believe PCP actually owns them.

Antec is good. Thermaltake is also good, like this one - people like this one.

And OCZ + Asus = bad. Corsair + Asus = good.

And do you already have a monitor, optical drives, case, and copy of Windows?

What's with everyone and newegg? Newegg isn't the cheapest by any means. I would suggest searching for those parts listed at pricegrabber.com and you can save enough money to buy even better stuff.

since you are on a budget get your stuff from zipzoomfly they're the second best from newegg and they do free shipping but it takes 5 to 7 business days to get to u, so if u can handle that get it from zipzoomfly.com.
