windows adv server 2000, unable to load resdll. veritas

hi

we are trying to install veritas exec 9.1 on windows
advanced server 2000, it is throwing a error "unable to
load c:\document and
settings\administrator.test\localsettings\{guid}
\resdll.dll the specified module could not be loaded",
after that throwing one more error that , it referenced a
invalid memory

has any one faced this kind of probelm, any help in this
regard will be greatly appreciated ,

Sounds like something that Veritas would be able to assist you with.
When researching for the file resdll.dll im not finding any reference to
Microsoft.
You might ensure that the file is present and possibly check the
permissions.
