how to set FTP access for website

Hi,

i have website hosted in windows 2000 server. how to
create ftp access for for that website to give user
rights to others for upload the files. anybody help me

i recommend a dedicated ftp server rather than using IIS FTP
have a look at ftp servu from rhinosoft.com

MSDN have some tips on how to complete this.
In reality the user that is uploading needs the right to log on locally to
the FTP server.
