unfortunately, that is probably not going to be possible unless the mfg
provides the ability to "reflash" your device and, to date, it has not
been an option to users for many reasons including the os license which
is language specific.
The phone issues further complicate the process, so, you might start
with your service provider if you wish to persue it.
