I have three users 2-Mac OS X Panther and 1-Windows XP.
One Mac OSX user is in an office setting the other two are
at home with broadband connections. The Windows XP user
cannot have a video conference with the Mac user located at
home. The Mac user in question can conference with the
other Mac user without a problem.

At first I thought this was a NAT issue because the Mac
user at home has a NAT box. However with the NAT box in place
he can communicate with the other Mac user. Also he removed
the NAT box and the problem remains.

This sounds like a signaling problem between the Mac user
and the Windows user but I am at a loss to explain why.

Any ideas?

Thanks
