Hi, everyone.

I am having problems installing AvantGo.

It was working until I had to reinstall Windows (XP Pro). I reinstalled
AvantGo, then used a registry tweak program (Tweaks2k2 .NET) to change its
location to my CF card. Synchronization then appeared to be successful, but
when I ran AvantGo on my PPC (iPAQ 2210 running Windows Mobile 2003), I got
a message saying there was no content. None of the suggestions on the Web
page resulted in a successful sync.

So I tried reinstalling to the default location, but got an error message
saying, "There was an error installing the AvantGo Integregrated Client",
and telling me to uninstall, reset, and try again (no numeric error code).
I tried this and got the same message again.

I've tried reinstalling numerous times, after changing the location back to
Windows in Tweaks2K. I've uninstalled on the PC using Windows Add/Remove
Programs and ActiveSync Add/Remove programs. I've deleted the profile in
Documents and Settings. I've manually deleted the AvantGo files from the
PPC in the Windows directory and on the CF card. I've used a registry
editor to delete AvantGo entries. All to no avail. I still get the same
error when I try to install.

I do have another issue that may or may not be related. The AVANTGO
directory on the CF card has a single subfolder, AvGoDocsNA, which has six
files, all with garbage names. I can't delete or rename them, so I can't
completely delete this directory.

How can I get AvantGo to reinstall?

Thanks for your help.
