TV-Out problem while running videos

I just started using tv-out with my video card and I'm having a problem viewing videos on the tv. When I choose "clone" in the drivers to make the tv and the monitor display the exact same thing, I try to play a video and it will only show the video on my computer monitor and not the tv. The application for viewing the video shows up fine, everything else works fine, except that it will not show the video. But, when I run a game on both displays, it shows the game perfectly fine on both displays.

Is there anyway that I could get it to show the video on both displays at the same time?

Also, when I choose "multiview" in the drivers to make it use the tv as a separate display set off to the side, and I do something in the tv display off to the side, and then I run a game on the main display, it will close out of anything that's running on the other display.
If anyone could help me with this problem, that would be awesome.
