Newbie w/ P180B

OK I realize this is probably the dumbest question ever posted but its been so long since I built my own machine and I dont want to damage anything.

I got my P180B today and I want to install 2 cd drives. Can anyone tell me how to remove the 5.25" drive covers? The manual simply states "carefully remove" but doesnt tell you how. I tried pushing them lightly, but they dont want to move.

Also, once the plastic pieces are off, how do i remove the metal part behind them?

just yank it out. thats what i did with my Lexa


as far as the metal. spin it and it;ll break clean
