Hi Brandon,

Are you experiencing the following event on Windows 2003 Cluster server?

Event Type: Error
Event Source: VolSnap
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5
Description:
The shadow copy of volume X: could not be created due to insufficient
non-paged memory pool
for a bitmap structure.

If so, call the toll free Microsoft Technical Support 1-800-Microsoft
(642-7676) and request the following hotfix:

833167 A Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) update package is available for
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=833167

If this is not the same Event ID 5 you're experiencing, then open the event
and do copy and paste it back in reply to the whole newsgroup.
