advice adding a 2003 server to existing 2000 network

Hi,

I have decided to install 2003 on a new server, which I would like to become
our primary server, thus putting the existing 2000 AS ino semi retirement.

I need to know what procedure I should adopt to move the domain and exchange
to the new box.
