Hi,

After trying the sample applications within the Flash communication
Server,my understanding of the client to the server streaming
video/audio is appname.fla,appname.html and appname.swf that are
created/published using the flash MX developer tool.

For static/ pre-recorded video/audio it is sufficient to have the
appname.html and appname.swf.

I cud render the html using a my tomcat server after which the
administrative server console of FlashCom gave me details of
streaming.

I need the following clarifications-

a. Cant we call any of the application-HTML or Admin Console HTML
pages of the FlashCom Server using the http:// , since right now it's
being accessed using the file system or file:// (without having to
render it to the webserver)?

b. Is my understanding of a Video/Audio client to the server correct
in terms of what files form the client
(.html,.fla,.swf- the .swf knowing of Server location as
rtmp://serverip:1935/appname) ?

c. We need to integrate the Video/ Audio Conference with a Web
Conferencing Tool. Has anybody tried this kind of integration? Is this
one of the better options?

d.Does the FlashCom Sever provide session management?

You can also mail me at meghav@world2web.com

Thanx and regards
