7.5.2 is the latest and (probably) last code release for the Viewstation, i
suggest you upgrade to it as a first action.

Second thing to do is to look in the log file of the DHCP server and see if
there are any errors, try turning up the logging level too.

Thirdly you might want to see if your network is using VLANs which prevents
your equipment from seeing each other.

There are a number of standard diagnostic steps that can be done also, i
suggest you contact your network administrator as soon as possible.
