In my idea, one of the reason because VDC public rooms
are not so working hard, is that a real association doesn't exist
who publish such a database.
A kind of public phone book in the Internet era.
There are tens of private enterprises which are trying to
earn money selling these informations, this is not so good
for the real interest of the VDC services.
