Default Admin Group

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.advanced_server (More info?)

By default the Domain Admin is the Local Admin Group after joing a Client
into a Domain.
How can I change the default setting?
The reason is, I need to add 4 groups to Local Admin Group manually for each
Client.
