Will it be good enough?

I'm looking at buying a Zalman Reserator 1 Plus(or v2), mainly because its silent. But would it be able to cool a x2 4400 (oc'ed by 2 Ghz) and an x1900 XTX more efficiently than air cooling? I would not be opposed to adding the 140mm fan on top, depending on how loud it is. Thanks.

maybe I'm just a noob(which is true) but it looks kind of large. Are you sure it would fit in place of the regular zalman? and btw thanks for all your help =)
