First time build.. Help Needed Please... Urgent!!

Hi all.
This system will be for gaming and a little OC so can you take a quick look at my parts list for compatability.

I already have.
CPU :Intel Pentium D 950 3.4 (Presler) LGA 775
Case: Termaltake Kandalf silver Aluminium Super tower

I need suggestions on mobo..

Mobo: Abit AWD8 i975x Socket 775,Sata2,Silent Otes,DDR2,ATX,2xPci-ex16

or

Mobo:Asus P5WD2-E Premium 975x LGA 775 ,DDR2,Sata2,Pci Express

Power Supply: OCZ GameXstream 600W Silent,SLi Ready,Atx2

Memory: Crosair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 6400 C5 TwinX (2x1G) (other sugestions ?)

HD: WD Caviar SE16 320GB Sata2 16mb 7200rpm (x2)

GPU: Connect 3D ATI Radeon X1900XT 512MB GDDR2,AVIVO,TV-OUT,PCI Express.

Is this lot conpatable ?
What Mobo out of the 2 above ?
And what other RAM could i use or is above good ?

Any help would be great as i need to order parts today before i go on holidays !!!

Suggested Changes:

Mobo: Abit AB9 Pro <--- For Conroe compatibility...

RAM: Swap for OCZ Gold 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2-800, but preferably swap for this Corsair XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2-800 because of the lower timings. The OCZ set uses timngs of 5-5-5-10, and the Corsair set I suggested uses 4-4-4-12. The Corsair is prefered because you should always get CAS 4 ram whenever possible. If the Corsair is too expensive, the OCZ will do fine.

Power Supply: Antec Truepower 550W <--- 600W is overkill for this system.

Video Card: Sapphire Radeon X1900XT
