Which memory to choose?

SHould I go with the ocz memory that I can get for $189.99-$50.00 mail in rebate

Please check the link you posted to the other thread which detailed the parts you are planning to get. I suggested a type of ram in that thread which has slightly lower timings than either of the ones you posted here.
