Upgraded from 2 core to a 4 core Help on windows 7 32 I have only 2 cores on XP 32 I have 4 cores

Perhaps you need to update your bios to support the new CPU. What make/model motherboard do you have and what version of the bios is it running?

Of course, if XP can see all 4 cores and Win 7 can't... I guess you need to word your question properly. It's kind of hard to understand. This is all on the same computer, right?
