How to get users from NT4 Server to New Windows advance se..

Dear all,

I have a server with NT4 Domain controller and just buy a new server with
Windows 2000 Advance server, but I don't now how to backup all logon users
from NT.

Is there any one could tell me?

From the description of the message, I assume that both the Windows NT 4.0
Server and Windows 2000 Advance Server are on the same domain. If both
Servers are on the same domain, ensure that there is a trust relationship
between these Servers. Once the trust relation is set, you can use the ADMT
(Active Directory Migration Tool) to migrate all the NT 4.0 users to
Windows 2000 Active Directory Users.

You are right one thing is on the same domain. And how about the different
domains will I need to do these as well or you have any help, please?
