how can i get an older version of pictureproject to work on windows7, it loads on but then tells me its not connected, thanking you

What version of W7 do you have? If you have Pro or Ultimate, you can use XP Mode (with the proper hardware of course) to use the program.

Try right clicking on the icon and selecting the Compatibility Mode tab, then select the OS you want your program to work with. You may have to do the same thing to the executable file in the Picture Project folder.
