Administration Tool

Hello:

Are there a set of admin tools for Win2K that I can install on a client to
remotly admin the system, things like Active Directory?

I tried to install the Exchange 2003 system management tools on my XP box
and it said that I needed the server administration tools. Where do I find
these?
