Polycom Verizon ISDN Error 34

Hi All,

We have a Polycom ViewStation 512MP that is connected to 4 ISDN lines.
We don't have problem with National(USA) calls but We keep experiencing
problem with International calls. We usually get ISDN error 34.
Strange thing is that I can use a regular phone set to make
international phone call with these ISDN lines.

I call both Verizon and polycom. For sure, they will blam on the
other. Anybody have any tips or clues to get international call
connected?
