Laptop desnt work even to open

my laptoop TOSHIBA i5 intel core , 4 G , suddenly stop working and all lights are on and also the van , and still on 2 or 3 hours , and i bought it from USA , before a month ago , and im now in another country ..

my question : why it doesnt working , and no sign to work anymore ,i tried to charge it , but no change , please help me .. and screen off all the time

Sounds like a major hardware failure, so you need to send it in for warranty.

So all the fans and lights come on, but the screen does not? Try plugging an external monitor in. Or hook it up to a TV.

Remove one stick of RAM. Try again. If no avail, swap the RAM sticks (meaning, take out the 2nd one and put the 1st one back in where the 2nd one was)
