Firstly, , 've a Hp Compaq nx9010 laptop, Laserjet 1020 and also have a M525 Photosmart digital camera. I used to have a Hp Pavilion laptop with model Dv6097ea (re398ea).I told these because i used to like HP products.
The problem occurs with Dv6097ea. I bought a Hp Pavilion DV6097ea laptop on 16 Sept. 2006. This model name a part of product sold in TURKEY. I live in Turkey. I bought this notebook with my 3 other friends same time; one of them is Computer Engineer, one of them is Electric & Eletrical Engineer. I'm also a Mechanical Engineer as well. we bought 4 Dv6097ea laptop and the problem begins 3 month later...(ı has 2 year warranty)
On 10 Jan 2007, i couldn't see my wireless card and call Turkey Hp Pavilion Support Center +902124440307 and they want to see the machine. they got the machine on 12 jan 2007 and the theater begins. I called them many times to ask for what the problem is ,they said: "We don't know yet" after a 9 working days (about a 13-14 days) they told me that they ordered a mainbord and wireless card :=). I told them "how long is going to take?" they told me that the parts are not in Turkey Stock and they are trying to find out the parts from other stocks in other countries. And so after many calls, they route me a case manager name called Çezminaz DEMİR. She talked nothing different to me and i also want a temprorary machine. She send me a teporary machine that machine is used in a very bad condition what else.
By now, the model number changed dv6097ea to dv6187eu. SAME problem occurs with my firend.
30 working days (45 days) left today, i want my money back and i suppose i can't get the money before a month.
So it costs me nothing. ı bought and used a notebook 3 months adn than nothing. Is this a support?
What can i do now? I want to faks a text to switzerland as a region of Turkey Dept.
