But do make sure that both the app volume AND the device speaker volume is
up - probably the case but wanted to at least mention it.

Hi xTenn, if what you refering app volume is Windows Media Player
volume, then its yes, but what it the device speaker volume? Where do I
set up for that? Thanks.

I was under the impression that the h1935 was current enough to have the
speaker icon at the top of the screen - tapping this would normally give
you the master volume, if you will. I'll verify, since it might not be the
case after all.

Also, I once had a pair of behind the ear sport headphones that apparently
required a lot of power to drive them. I switched to a different set and it
worked great. This is rare and doubtful your problem, but it happened to
me.
