Can anyone tell me if this board is any good?

Yes, I noticed that there are reviews on the SLI version, but how about the non-SLI version? Thats the one I posted. Unless theres no difference except one supports SLI and one doesnt....

Anyways, the Abit board has dual lan speeds, the Asus doesnt. What are the advantages of that? Also, theres no 1394 port in the Asus. Would this matter?

I think it's safe to say that the SLI version is nearly the exact same thing. Infact if you look at both PCBs they are identical except for the one pci-x slot. However it doesn't necessarily mean that the review for either one will be valid for the opposite. But I think you can safely assume it is.

Hi, new member here!

I would be interested in buying the KN9 Ultra or KN9S too. Not much to read about those boards in the web though. It seems to be pretty good, provided you flash the BIOS immediately (well, I guess that's recommended anyway regardless of the board.)

It would be nice to hear any user reports out there!

Also, what interests me is that does the silent OTES cooling require more from the case in terms of air flow etc.
