CM Stacker, has spots for 2 power supplies, however, you can put your power supply on the bottom, and your water cooling on the top or vica versa. It's a hueg case as well so you'll have plenty of headroom

You mean the side grille? you can put a fan there. The picture on newegg is a little bit inaccurate, there's a holder where you can snap in a 80mm fan to the side.

I have the armor and it's a similar case but slightly shorter. With either case you can mod it so that you can fit that 2 x 120mm radiator inside the case behind the front drive bay grills (they willl allow air to pass through). The reason I got the armor is that it has a hdd cage at the top back where you can fit 3 hdd's, I lost any additional hdd capacity by placing my rad inside.

If you aren't using 2 psu's you don't need that space at the bottom and any full size tower will have plenty of room for your pump at the bottom without getting in the way of the mb/video cards.
