Archived from groups: microsoft.public.win2000.advanced_server (More info?)
Hello,
I have a server with Windows 2000 Server (Upgraded from Windows NT) and I
have the IIS intalled on it. First, IIS was working perfect, untill
something wrong goes with the server so I did a repair from the CD and then
it is up again. When I tried to open IIS it gave me the following error:
Unable to enumerate web sites because the following error occurred:
Object already exists.
I did all the steps provided on this page:
support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;q246459
but still didnt work and having the same error. I logged in as administrator
on the local machine and it worked successfully, so I think there is
something with the administrator account on the domain but have no idea
about it, if anyone can help me on this it would be highly appreciated.
