Best Cpu fan to use for AMD-FX51 Socket940

Hey all,

I just gotmyself a AMD FX-51 chip from Ebay,but i don't think my current fan can't handle it, the temperature starts out at 54C but slowly rises to almost 70. what is the optimal operating temperature? it seems to be stable but i can hear the cpu fan crank up every couple mins to bring the temperature back down. Any good fan suggestions?
