Where to find Asus p5w deluxe boARD?

I been looking around websites but all i see is pre order and pre order does anybody know where to get the asus p5w deluxe?

And i have another question is the asus p5w deluxe better then the Asus P5N32-SLI SE Deluxe if you dont use EPP memory and dont sli?Is it a big diffrence and i acually saw on couple of test the p5w was beating the SE SLI version
