flash the bios on GA-965P-DS3

i just built my system and want to flash the BIOS on the Gigabyte DS3. has anyone done this yet? what is the best way to do it because i notice there are a few options from the gigabyte site? i do not have a floppy drive.

i did, but i want to make sure the @BIOS is the way to do it. i downloaded the actual BIOS file, but it is a .exe. i also downloaded the @BIOS utility, but my question is do i need to use the @BIOS utility or can i just double-click the BIOS file?
i do not want to do this incorrectly because there are some majorly bad things that could happen, so i want to make sure i do it the right way.
