Another will it all work question

Ok, I'm not up to snuff on this stuff so I'm seeking help. I'm in the process of putting together a new comp. and I need to know what kind of performance I can expect with this card:Sapphire X1900GT 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 (RoHS). Also will this card work well with my current specs: X2 4400+, A8N32 SLi Deluxe, 2GB Corsair XMS Twinx 2048-3200c2pt, Lite-On dvd dual layer and dvd-rom drives. One more question, will this power supply be enough to push it all: Antec TruePower II-550. I know this is a lot I'm asking but it really important to me and I hope you all can help me out. Thanks in advance.

Looks good. Power supply is more than enough.

I suggest you go with Conroe or AM2. Forget s939.

I would have gone with a newer processor but I honestly don't think I'll need it. I'm never one who has to have the latest items so S939 is fine with me. I'm only upgrading because the wife want my current comp (XP3200+ w/ 6600GT). I just don't think my needs call for the newest stuff. I've decided to go with an X1800XT though because the word I got was it is better than the X1900GT for around the same price. I didn't need the X1900XT for the same reasons above. The only game I play occasionally is F4 Allied Force.
